Purpose: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to competitively solicit and select a developer (i) to exercise the existing land purchase option for off-site Visitor Experience Facilities, (ii) to finance, construct and install the Visitor Experience Facilities both off-site and on Spaceport America property per plans and specifications to be furnished and finalized under this contract; and (iii) to enter into one or more lease agreements with the New Mexico Spaceport Authority (“NMSA”) for a term of 20 years under which the Selected Developer will engage a contractor to construct and install the Facilities.

Purpose: The New Mexico Spaceport Authority requests proposals from Independent Public Accountants to perform the annual audit(s) of the Authority's financial statements for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2013, June 30, 2014 and June 30, 2015.

NMSA will also announce each winning contractor via press release and on the project Contractors page. Anyone interested in employment at Spaceport America under a new or existing contract should forward their information to the contractor that holds each contract.
